The way I read this:
"Numerous multinational organizations and at least one government have asked us to consider participating in the region as a strategic partner in eHealth programs. However, regional protocols require that we need support in doing business in the region which is where Ararat International comes in. If we are investing in the market, we want to succeed in the market, and this is one way to help ensure our success."
is that they needed support for representation. This is a new representative, familiar with the region whose business model is primarily to act as s distributor for products and services. I also read it as a support function role to seek out and find vendors and salespersons who can represent MMRG in the region. That is the type of support role I believe was referred to.
