Contra reports to all of this is/are buy buy buy, as Jr miners are at basement prices and do present a best op in pps based on geo work ups. Of course be very selective and rely only on factors in Jrs that present several healthy signs as we are in an iffy market. Holding is strong Jrs is a must, if you truly know what you own.
