Yes on 4/29/2013 @ 3:26 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time. We had a nice talk I was on my cell phone and had poor coverage didn't get to ask all I wanted to. But was able to ask what was up . I asked him if it flopped. He said no way far from it. He also said that it's taking longer than he hoped but they are on the right path. Just as a side note I had called and left a message with a lady before after a week or two called back she wanted to take another message I said no way you didn't deliver the last message and hung up. Frank called me back 2 or three days later on his own. He said they changed phone system and are having an awful te. Good luck. Go ARSC.
