You know I was thinking about this 10k. Technically being a pink sheeter, they don't have release anything. I realize that's not the case here, just wanted to point that out. In any case, what if they are simply waiting for just some sort of perfect time to release it? What if they know the stock will jump on that day and they just don't want to draw too much attention to the stock price because they are trying the shed their old image? Just thought I'd throw that out there........I expect it in the next ten days or so. I doubt they are trying to intentionally hurt anyone. I've been in this for a few years now and neither management team seemed and seems that off color.
