Has anyone done a current SWAG on valuation anywhere. I am just guessing with numbers I have and it would appear on the surface that the PPS has already factored in LTG bringing $7M cash to the party. The PPS will naturally increase based on recent Bascom settlement and my guess is that will be released soon after Merger. Hudson Bay is going to make a ton of cash on this one. I am going to be interested to see how long they are in for. They have a great track record of hitting big in IPS and then when they get their $$ close their position. (VRNG)
