OK, but my point remains. NI 43-101 does NOT specify the work performed. The Professional Associations and their guidelines do. NI 43-101 ONLY involves how the work is presented to the public and to Canadian regulators. And for those that think that NI 43-101 means different work performed on a property than under the US Industry Guide 7 are mistaken. The exploration work should be exactly the same in both the US and Canada because the Industry Best Practice Guidelines are the same.
And as far as your quote of Item 26, Recommendations, that only applies to Technical Reports presented under NI 43-101. Only a very small portion of all documents prepared on a property will be a technical report, and therefore that does not apply to most NI 43-101 reports. And I don't for a second believe the two "reports" CGFI is calling as NI 43-101 reports in any way comply with actual NI 43-101 requirements for Technical Reports. Assigning a value on a exploration property they haven't even explored is a good clue why.
