"I sent in the info for the "D" share on the 1st for my wife and my self in separate emails. I received my wife CERT on Friday the 3rd, but I stll haven't rec'd ine."

The same happened to me. I received mine last week of April but not my husband and I am very happy for that. I have sent several emails but have not received a response. Maybe they are working on them. I am worried the certs are not issued on time.
