Frank-By upbeat about the liability of PCX
management.. I meant that I think the attys
believe that PCX management is guilty of
misleading stock holders prior to BK.
And they should have to pay for that.
misleading = lying. (My word)

This lawsuit is going forward no matter
what the BK outcome.
