I thought the stock "tanked" on the realization that "Honest John" may have sold a bunch of his shares and that a bunch of shares he had told investors were restricted in actuality weren't. Oh and the CEO stepped down etc.

The other stuff just seems like just a bunch melodramatic nonsense.
