The article further states...

The Gypsy Mine is a very rare 160 acre gold and silver mining claim; access to the mineral property is great and can accommodate heavy equipment, whilst the property has excellent high grade gold ore values. The Gypsy Mine is located in the most mining friendly State in America, especially for commercial mining.

The Gypsy Mine has recently had an independent Geological Report and Valuation completed. The Total Mineral Resource Value in the report is estimated over $360 Million Dollars, calculations were based on 80% of $25 Spot Silver Price and calculations were based on 80% of a $1,400.00 Spot Gold Price.

Unless I'm wrong here... OS / asset worth = fair market value?

2,105,356 shares / $360,000,000 = ~$170 pps.
