Toluca Lake is where all the "below the line" live. Malibu, Palisades, Santa Monica, Marina Del Rey, Manhattan Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, Calabasas, and Palos Verdes are where all the "above the line" live. Trust me, many of directors, producers, actors live in my vicinity. I can actually tell you who lives where in Malibu, but I wont violate their privacy to looky loos.

Toluca Lake is actually a cool hood, but it is in the Val. It is in the vicinity of Burbank Studios, Warner and Universal, but is not close to Hollywood or Culver, no where near. Plus Smashbox is down in Long Beach, thats Davis Factors studio, Max Factors grandson. Also, Paramount is on Melrose, quite a drive from Toluca Lake. Been to, filmed at all of them. Ren-Mar is south Hollywierd. There are studios on Robertson south of Pico, studios in Woodland Hills, studios up in NOHO. So your comment is null and void. Most insiders live in the towns aforementioned, not the Val.

Forgot to add Encino and Bel Air. Why, I do not know, I guess they like to shop. Malibu is instituting a new law to kick all the chain stores out.
