codes: I think we could use a little conspiracy. As goaled for the 10K, I am hoping to see a self-sufficiency statement and no on-going concern statement in the next 10Q.

One for the conspiracy theory: search the latest 10K for the officers on the "Audit Committee" mentioned in the PR.
