Most of the shares have to be In the business if 35 mil shares and 1 million was the highest traded last Thursday, and now only 100k. Probable improper initial filing got the skull and cross bones but easily fixable. The Vice President was involved in improper repayment but a company that declared bankruptcy thought its on seeking alpha. His firm invested 35 mil into a company that went bankrupt 8 months later but received 1.2 million back improperly. Not really worried about that but he was involved in an SEC investigation which raises red flags even though it was the fault of the over company.
