(OTCBB:ATELE - news), stated today that Dr. William C.Y. Lee will
remain as Chief Technology Advisor to AccessTel Inc. Board.
Dr. William C.Y. Lee had agreed to join AccessTel Inc. Board of
Directors after the name change and when Board of Director Liability
Insurance had been secured. The Company has not as yet secured a final
commitment for Board of Director Liability Insurance by the insurance
carriers and Dr. William C.Y. Lee has never officially become a
director of AccessTel Inc. Dr. William C.Y. Lee has and continues to
advise on technical issues only, of Wireless Local Loop development.
