Intel's (INTC) security software unit, McAfee, has agreed to acquire Finish network firewall provider Stonesoft for around $389M, with the offer of €4.50 a share representing a 128% premium to the latter's closing price of €1.97 on Friday. The deal comes despite the slump in the PC industry hurting sales of security software
