Well, that is why one should have attended, that way one would know without having to depend on the CEO, who has filed every SEC filing on time for three years. Just had his third consecutive shareholders meeting. Built and delivered 10 CCT's that were sent early, and is now at a Reverse trade show out in Georgia or was it Florida??? lol
One can find all this info by going to shareholder meetings.
Funny, is it not, that this CEO files EVERY SEC document on time, actually has a shareholder meeting for any shareholder to come and ask any question they have, and yet, NO other CEO at Loch or Cdex could manage to accomplish such a feat. Not even the one's with College degree's, and LAW degree's, lol.
