bottom line is he resigned .. and TB is now ceo .. (no comment)
and we are waiting on BOD announcement/s .. FY 2013 Q1 filed
AGM date to be determined .. proc 3 fully operational ..

i keep my eye on the prize .. *proof of concept* .. and when (and where) 4 and 5 are 8k'd
in relation to proc 3's 8k filing ..

can't wait to see how the *volume* is handled this week ..
