I highly doubt they ZYNGA will even be in the top 5 of online poker when and IF it happens. First of all, most recent states that legalized it has left ways for old companies to re-renter. PartyPoker was the biggest site before they made it illegal and still is strong outside US. Partypoker just bought a NJ gambling license for online poker. Also Pokerstars bought a NJ gambling license. But if you're reading all the current content of each states bill that is pending or passed. ZYNGA if it was going to go for this massive windfall, why haven't the applied for a license in any state yet where they made it legal? Even if you want to hold in your pocket until all states legalize it? ZYNGA will be so lost behind in the race for online poker if and when it does get started. Also there user base is nowhere near the real user base of people who would play for real cash. Poker Players will go with familiarity or where the big players are signed promoters. Most players all already contracted into different sites. Myself as a poker junky would never ever play ZYNGA over 10 sites I could name now. There software isn't made for real money games. They would have to prove to each state that they could control collusion on the cash tables between online players. Pretty hard the way FB is set up with ZYNGA. Also NJ bill which passed, along with three other states, only allow existing casino operators, racetrack operators to be able to allow online gambling, with a controlled number of outside companies. You have to understand that each state is going to want to protect their tax profit. In the state of NJ you will NEVER EVER EVER be allowed to play online poker for cash legal thru ZYNGA. I have a key operating license in NJ and I'm extremely familiar with what there gonna allow as operators within its states. Which are their current tax makers the existing Casinos in state and Racetrack in state. In nj Pokerstars had to buy a license that Hustler owned for 27 years and never used. Not many license our there to buy. Can't see ZYNGA being a hit with online poker in anyway.
