Actually the slip of revenues being about 5 million is not a violation of the SEC. Nick gave a projection of sales for this year and the 5 million fits in with the projection. As long as it fits in with the projection, no violation has occured. If he had said sales were 40 million then yes I would agree with you as that can influence the stock price which should be announced publicly.
