LOL! Of course it's a shell. Shell's exist as an affordable way for an existing company "to go public..." The buy the shell, report financials...and boom badda boom, they are a public company. Google it. Buying a shell costs about 80-100K, it's not cheap, but it's cheaper than going public starting at ground 0. Again, Google it.
