Joe, you are wrong. Google "stock dividends versus cash dividends" and read any article that shows up.

As I said before, it's simplistic investors who don't understand. And clueless CEO's who pretend they have the cash, but don't. Resulting in more delays, and more financing shares hitting the market.

We don't have many unsophisticated people who invested in this OTC Chiscam.

The company should pursue efficiency. Stockholders want stock. They want their dividend on time, in liquid form.
