the merger is being possibly delayed by a few days or so because of a bigger deal getting funded here in the us and peter cannot go overseas to close at the same time. =stop taking a great news suprize and getting paronoyed about the merger closing that deal is all rapped up just need papers signed the new deal needs to get funded which is about to happen as we speak- you are trying to flip in a hurry by a stop watch =the rest of us are willing to wait at least a few days or weeks to get very very much richer.-even god took seven days to give us our earth -give peter a break
