Some good old deep due diligence and speculation.

If you want the build up, read through the entire post. Otherwise skip to my point at the bottom where it says what does all the above mean?

Going back several years, EDXC was in the business of providing communication and managing information through online company portals via their visual board books technology platform to highly regulated industries.

A few lines from EDXC PR 5-11-06
"the pioneering relationship with Lipper added additional functionality, allowing them to upload their reports directly into their customer's board books"

"Enhanced security allows third parties, such as Lipper, the ability to import a client's visual board books account. With a few quick keystrokes, visual board books administrators can grant access to anyone for the purpose of uploading data -- while limiting them to a specific area of their board book or document library."

"It has been a common theme that our customers consistently need to allow people outside of their company to contribute information for inclusion in their board books. With our 3rd party data provider integration, we give our customers a powerful, efficient means of exporting and importing documents without sacrificing security or privacy"

"This functionality, which was originally introduced to import Lipper reports for their customers, offers ultimate flexibility for uploading data from different loccations"

A few lines from EDXC PR from 2-19-13
"EDXC announces that it has entered into a Letter of Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding to purchase and acquire from Hayes Pharmacy Inc. (A Texas Corporation), the exclusive operating technology, intellectual property, marketing and ownership rights to a proprietary pharmaceutical/pharmacy compliance, controls, privacy, verification and operations platform. The platform is specifically designed to service the medical marijuana industry and long term chronic pharmaceutical patient care arena."

A few lines from EDXC PR from 4-9-13
"EDXC announces the acquisition of Cann-Can LLC. Endexx has acquired all rights and property of Cann-Can from LEDXChange LLC., including its prototype accessory vending machine, the website www.cann-can.com, all research and development and social media."

"In addition to the acquisition, Endexx has engaged David Levine, Cann-Can's founder and developer, as a specialty consultant."

David Levine
He has a patent on vending machine messaging system US 7784643 B1 which in more words or less is a server communicating through a display unit via a communications network. The server communicates various messages to be displayed. A vendor is able to add their own messages for display on their vending machines by communicating with a server.

From EDXC PR 4-23-13
The National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) is the nation trade association of the food and refreshment vending, coffee service and foodservice management industries, including on-site, commissary, catering, and mobile. Its membership is comprised of service companies, equipment manufactures and suppliers of products and services to operating service companies.

Todd Davis and David Levine were just at the NAMA Spring Expo for Medical Marijuana Technology Solutions.

What does all the above mean?
I think everyone can agree that the Feds not only want to take credit for allowing the cannabis movement to flourish, but want their piece of the pie and therefore need to have some way of regulating the industry. Putting together everything from above, here is how I think EDXC could be implementing their technology within the medical marijuana sector and how they plan to stay within the laws.

EDXC could seamlessly integrate components of their visual board books technology and Hayes Pharmacy's compliance, controls, and privacy verification and operations platform into some sort of vending system that communicates to a server that can send and receive secure information which would allow for regulation and proper taxation for the powers at the helm, be it state or federal levels.

When you look at the highlighted red wording, it makes sense. EDXC could have a truly remarkable vending machine that states or feds mandate the use of, wherever marijuana is sold. If EDXC was indeed doing a vending machine with these capabilities, (they certainly have all the right ingredients to do so, now with the recent acquisitions) it would put their technology and vending machines front and center to lead the way for the entire regulated MJ industry and make them the most highly sought after company to deal with. It just could be that EDXC has this kind of vending machine and they were putting together deals at the NAMA Expo for other companies to put their products in EDXC's vending machines. Maybe even mergers or more acquisitions.

I put some serious thought into all of this, but please know that all the above is pure speculation. It is backed up by some pretty legitimate due diligence though and if EDXC isn't going in this direction, they certainly could if they wanted to now.
