did you have a point? in order to get of the grey market a form 211 would have to be submitted by a market maker to finra on behalf of bfar. if finra appoves it, the stock gets off the greys. and btw, 2 things. first, your info is old. if approved they would just move up a tier to pink sheets on otc market, not otcbb. otcbb is pretty much dead. second, in the last three years no suspended stock with the exception of rino, which is an anomaly, has gotten off the grey market. you can study that here.
