time for bumped heads and other falls, LOL.
I think freshly painting the Calif house helped make it sell really quick, against all the other houses up for sale back then. Had done a lot of painting before putting this one on market, but bad timing with max exodus of commuters and foreclosures made a pre-owned home that owners weren't defaulting on or short selling pathetic. Still way too many foreclosures- still adding 1200 a month to the lists in this county, so hard to say if it is really going to help, that paint job from 3 years ago isn't fresh looking anymore.
