LOL, I guess there goes the so called PROFIT for MTPR. Having trouble meeting payroll?

"5.Back Pay for Current and Former Officers and Employees
The Company has $965,846 and $1,303,645 of deferred compensation due to officers and employees of the Company at December 31,2012 and
2011, respectively. These amounts do not bear interest and will be paid at such time as the Company has funds available to pay the obligations.

It may be worth looking at the money owed to Officers also. It is a shame when Officers have to loan the company money and a bigger shane yet when they charge nearly 13% interest. It is all there in the financials. Audited (yes) but still full of accounting gimmicks.
