I would like to expound on two points you put forward, "They generally trade or are valued by the market anywhere between 10 and 30 times actual earnings depending on the market sector". NOT SO in the pinks.



1) You must not have read the following sentence to the post you are refering too. I was responding to a post which used valuation principals on this stock, and refered to uplisting for it to take place.

Here is the next sentence in that post: It's obvious that the pink sheet market doesn't trade on valuation principals, they trade on hype and momentum.

It would only require an opinion letter to have the restriction ledgend removed, but they havent been touched in years, and now that the company is profitable it seems unlikely it will happen in the near future. They actually retired 70 million shares from the float not too long ago. To the best of my knowledge there are no more preferred shares remaining in this company according to their audited filings, so that point is moot.
