You were right, GDSM has had a couple of pumps and fluff PRs during the last "Run" that was now well over a year ago. However, there has been significant changed since then.

1. Many people have lost thousands of dollars on this scam and they are now gone.

2. Marc has been exposed as the lying CEO who issued himself millions of shares and dumped them to get out of bankruptcy.

3. There are no "gold mining" JVs or mergers to announce, that BS has run its course.

4. The A/S has been raised to 2,000,000,000 (In the middle of the night, 12 months prior to being announced to GDSM shareholders) and the O/S has doubled. Dilution has been rampant.

5. Marc can't use the up listing BS again. He already has used that twice! Any savvy investor would not invest on that lie again.

6. GDSM has a lot of investors just waiting for any rise in the pps to get a chance to recover some of their losses so they can get out.

7. Many former GDSM players have taken their losses and moved on to legitimate companies that have honest CEOs.

8. GDSM will never up list without taking the dirty laundry out of the closet and revealing how many shares insiders dumped into that 2012 run.

GDSM is in the coffin, the nails have been hammered, and it's ready to be lowered into the ground!
