I've been watching closely on Level 2 and have seen the market maker NITE manipulating the stock to stay between .0011 and .0013. It almost closed at .0015 but a last second trade of 100 moved us back to .0013. When NITE moved, it gave us the chance to return to the .002s. That's why the the ask changed to .0023 after close...

Is this significant? Not in the long run, we will run on news.. Just saying what I'm seeing..
