Wrong judgement has been entered just not the money. Judge entered it 30 days after the jury verdict, we are good and goog will have ammo for appeal, if the exam rules the patents invalid which they can't they are only examining some of the 420 patent not all claims so the patent will only be modified if anything, but the 420 will still be a patent. I think the 664 goog doing second request is fishy to me. Chuck schumer probably help them out lol, but maybe the laws should also include that if patents are found to be valid they are extended ten years that would also fix the abuse of patent reexam request no different then trying to penalize the ip companies trying to enforce them. Goog had some kind of help on the 664 i assure you. Someone here said a son of exec from patent office works for google we need to verify that. Google has the president and all his cronies at their disposal. Notice how some regulars stopped posting today guess they sold again! Chickens lol
