I know the cards are stacked against us but, as far as I know, this thing isn't dead until the judge files a Written Opinion. I also don't believe he will until all appeals are exhausted. He surely wouldn't want to be overturned after he had issued his W.O. Look at the following link and don't jump off any buildings until he files, IMHO - but what do I know? GLTA!
