The nice thing is they are going to give us small retail holders the same offering for legacy shareholders upto $5MM..which is vary rare imo
also, the bk vl is now around $.33 area but anytime the bank can raise money above this number it raises the bk value at the same time and CapGen cant buy anymore b/c they cant hold 50% of the company or more..or they would...This part is easy...Follow the big money
