I don't think they have a reason to care about the stock price, it doesn't affect them in any way. They only own preferreds, from what I can tell, that are for voting rights and really have no vested interest in the actual price of the stock. Their preferreds convert on a 1:1 basis, so basically Clay, Jim (if he even exists), and Lou only own 2M shares each. That's a whopping $1400 based on today's prices. And you guys think they give a rats a$$ about the stock price? Please. Just my opinion.
