More so the principal of the matter. If they cant produce anything with the common shares, have to gag the TA, and issue non trading preferreds before a R/S then I want nothing to do with a company like that.

Unless I am trading it for a fast flip. I let this one slide more than my personal trading rules allow me, and I made that mistake and now it cost me.

Not interested in having to do paperwork to get rid of the security one day down the road after sitting dead in a trading account.
