Firstly I just wanted to say I am from GXXXXXXXXX myself. Graduated from GHS. Just a tid bit. If you reply to this message I may get it, but I may not.

I have reviewed the Level II quotes for SKTO and I do not see where any inappropriate activity has occurred. I see institutional investors taking action but I cannot infer that the SKTO market is being manipulated.
