Par value means absolutely nothing and has no relation to us whatsoever. It is only relevant when going public for the first time.

Par value stock has no relation to market value and, as a concept, is somewhat archaic.

What really matters is the market cap, which is the true successor to par value. Right now our market cap screams undervalued and oversold.
