I'd agree private institutions are the financiers, but so is the additional paid in capital noted on the financials (from the owner(s) usually from accounting guidelines). This paid on capital is larger than the debt assumed (private institutions).

I just hope we get more substantial info soon, signs of revenue, and some PR. Our comments alone here are currently keeping up the optimism on ctdt IMO.
