Just called my broker who called the "trading desk".

LEHLQ/LHHMQ - Bid = $.17 Ask = $.25

LEHKQ - Bid = $.17 only

He didn't get LEHNQ.

Ask is moving up although some small trades are going for less which may have to do with no Bid & Ask quoted automatically.

You have to call it in and wait for it to fill.
