I would not be surprised that, after all is done and CLYW has won the patent battle, we shareholders will be required to sign a contract promising not to sue Daic and the BOC before we see a penny for our shares.



Wouldn't shock me at all to see something like that litton,... in fact I would actually be somewhat shocked to NOT see something like that come along before any cash payout proposal.

And then the crooks (of all ilks) get to skate,.... but at least we might have some cash in which to down our sorrows.
