Speaking only for myself at the moment,.... If Diac and friends make Billions from the shares of stock that they currently hold,.... I am good with that at this stage of the game.

Compared to many of the 'other' insiders that ran this company's potential into the dirt,... Diac is smelling fairly good right now.

If they make Billions from a continuation and successful prosecution of this appeal, and an eventual jury trial or settlement,.... chances are I get some significant change out of this deal as well.

Whether we, or the Diac parties like it - we are in this boat together at the moment. Whether we stay in the boat or not once we see some cash,.... that remains to be seen. They might still have a plan to try and toss the lot of us little fish over the side.
