Remember, he said he was having 2 years' worth of reports audited, or something close to that, so I think it could take longer than a typical quarterly audit. Of course, there's not too much to audit for most of that time period, before Q1.
So I'd put it at the upper end of your 1 to 2 month estimate or higher, and considering they probably started mid-April, that puts us to mid-to-late June. He did say he will file uplist as soon as the audit is done, and not wait for end of quarter if audits are done before end of quarter, leading me to believe that late June is the most likely timeframe, since there's got to be a reasonable chance that it won't be finished this quarter.
Given his eagerness, though, I'd bet he'll get info to auditors quickly upon request, to try to expedite everything, so I think it'll be done in mid-June.
