Now( SMITH MICRO SOFTWARE ) has a seamless WI-FI solution that T-MOBILE will be implementing .On SMITH MICROS conference call they talked about their seamless seamless WI-FI solution. Also made it clear theirs used signal strength to connect. Very interesting.
