He was (is) very cautious, same MO for other suspect pink sheet stocks I have owned.

Like another poster told, the states seem able to by-pass (force) the feds and congress to action, through states joining in compacts to foster wider range of online gambling client customers.

Only chance now (it seems) is if tribes spilt their allegiance and some would opt to go with ATIG system. ATIG might this way actually get some online gambling business profits.

ATIG could also be BK or reformed under a new .pk name/entity.
