Imo, the vendors could actually sell stock at a higher price than they were owed. Yes, it is my opinion, and I believe it must be most of their's too. Which is why, there is little to NO selling at this time.

Also, is it not just another important FACT to note, concerning the vendors. In most BK's, everyone loses everything, but NOT in this case, Mr. Brumfield did ALL he could do, to give vendors and shareholders ONE last chance to get something back.

The court accepted the plan on September 4, 2012. Then there was some time that passed before certificates were issued. So 6months from the date of acceptance or certificate date , the shares are tradable.

Imo, they have been tradable for about a month now.
