The Issuer’s Financial Statements were prepared by John M. Burke, a consultant to the Issuer. Mr. Burke is the owner of J Burke Consulting, LLC in Merritt Island Florida.

Seems the Hipple connection is still strong as Burke is a Hipple minion.

This is going to get interesting now, as the SEC has copies of the PDF file with Hipple's name as author of the Q1 financials.
