WGAS made a claim about a loan in a PR, then subsequently said there was no loan in its 10-K.

Mis-leading would be putting it mildly, especially since the PR caused a 400% price spike.

IMO there is a case, if investors and traders wish to pursue.

This is not an SEC issue. They are fully reporting and have not done anything wrtong that the SEC could go after them for.
