I agree with you guys on the company potential.But I have seen this before and its not dilution.its the people the company owes taking what they can get.It usually doesn't turn out good for the investor I have been burned twice and i say to my self who has shares at this price to sell? Not me and you who put our hard earned money in this. It is usually the lender who are cashing in shares.
