Well let's face it and not to only talk about the positives, let's address the negatives too. The 10k was not so good. Thats why the sell off. They need to raise capital. That may be why the watch is taking longer than expected. I'm hoping and praying they get more investors or an incredible influx of sales and orders (they are backlogged and are saying $500,000 in profits for this quarter) If not they may have to dilute (kezzek's point) but that's the risk we take investing in OTC stocks. If one wants less risk, there are plenty of blue chip stocks.
