Agreed. Anyone who trades pennies has seen dilution (death spirals) and SPOM has not demonstrated that or volume would have been enormous dropping PPS to way below our most recent low that followed the 10K. They would have kept dumping millions of shares at any price. Not the case here.

NITE is the death MM and I don't mean death spirals. It must represent clients with short positions. Look at any OTC stock and you are likely to find NITE on the ask with either huge blocks to kill momo and on light volume days also sitting on a low bid to intimidate traders into selling on the cheap.

I'm willing to wait long term to see where this company is years from now, particularly with the new products they will launch, great distribution, low share structure and NO TOXIC FINANCING.
