dlc, i don't know if this will be of interest to you but here is a little DD on Mathew mcmurdo, you know the attorney validating for WAFR filing. This is from another client.

'He did some legal work for us . Seemed like a nice guy. While he was preparing the work for us he did it at our office Unfortunately he was in a bad car accident and he was struck by a vehicle while standing on the curb. In any event he calls in once in a while and says hello. He may be working again but not at our offices and we have no current business matters pending with him. Please keep me informed as I would like to know the outcome'
